i once too was wanting to know this, i was going through a bad path and just pack on the pounds in a very short time. Then the summer was coming so i needed to find out how to lose weight in 2 weeks. I have read countless books but below are my very best tips that i have taken from what i have read.

Tip one: Drink Lots Of Water

We all need water and we are constantly beening told that we need to drink fuilds each day but water is the very best because it helps clear out the bad toxins from your system, makes you feel refreshed and helps improve your Metabolism, and best of all water has no caloires!

Tip Two: Boost Your Metabolism

Your metabolisum is your bodys way of burning fat, and their are ways to boost it so that you can burn more fat. The first way is to do exercise aerobic workouts is the best to burn caloires in the short term and weight trainning is great to burn caloires long term. And for those women who are worried about getting big bulkey muscles don’t be because women don’t have the hormose neccerssy to devlop big muscles.

Intresting Fact: while your body is at rest you are still burning calories. Each pound of fat burns 2 calories a day while every pound of muscles burns 35 calories a day. That is when your resting doing nothing at all. I know which one i would pefer.

Tip Three: Eat More Food, Burn more Caloires

Now thats what i like to hear, i can eat and still lose weight. however it doesn’t work quite like that. you can’t just eat loads and expect to lose weight, you have to eat smaller meals but more throughout the day. So instead of eating 3 large meals each day, you would eat 6 small size meals. This is another way of boosting your metabolism and burning more calories.

 

Now you know my best three tips for losing weight have you through about how you are going to keep the weight off? You see most women who go on deits put on more weight then when they started because of the yo-yo effect dieting has.
