Hi I’m Victoria and I have tried everything to lose weight. I have starved myself (Not very smart and not recommended I got really hungry after only 6 hours), calorie counting, diet to go, low fat diet anything and everything to do with dieting I have tried. water helps you to stay full and it an essential process to burn off fat, so you will need to drink lots more in order to get to the weight you need.

Stop Eating Junk!

If you are looking to lose weight in a short amount of time you will need to completely stop you fast food habits. Junk food is full of calories and is not good for helping you to lose weight.

Eat more fibre

fibre help us stay fuller for longer so fibre rich foods will relive the hunger pains for longer.

Burn more calories

If you eat a certain amount of calories each day then in order to lose weight you need to burn more than what you take in. So if you eat a 1000 calories a day you need to burn more than that. The more calories you burn the more you lose. However you will need to find the right balance because if you start doing a lot of exercise you body will need more energy so you will need to consume more calories. So finding the right balance is important.

Increase Your Metabolic rate

You metabolic rate controls your over all weight loss or gain so if you increase you metabolic rate you will lose weight but if you decrease it you will gain weight. Are overall aim is to lose weight so increasing it is what we want. You can increase your metabolic rate by drinking plenty of water (that another reason to add to my first point), doing lots of exercise and eating smaller meals throughout the day. So instead of eating 3 big meals a day you eat 5-6 smaller meals a day.

Another big factor to increasing your metabolic is what you do in the morning. For breakfast I mean if you eat it or not. It has been proven that though who eat breakfast are more likely to lose weight than the people that skip it. Eating a good breakfast will also keep you fuelled up until lunch.
