Each and every one of us who want to lose weight go in search for it. But their is no-proven plan that works for every single one of us. Some plan work for some people but not for others. You need to find out what works for you. However in every plan there is the key rules that are the same. Eat Healthy and exercise. Yes i know i said the dreaded work Exercise but it is good for us not only to lose weight but it helps keep the body healthy. If you set up a proper routine for yourself where you eat good food and exercise regularly then you will be on the road to losing weight.
